The inaugural event for The Historical Child Welfare Timeline: A Transformational Experience was a private opening program for staff members, held April 21, 2017 from 3PM to 4PM on the 19th floor of the NYC Administration for Children’s Services (ASC) headquarters – 150 William Street – in Lower Manhattan. It featured guest speakers, the ACS Choir(?) and a words from ACS Commissioner David A. Hansell.   //   Click here for full details.
