NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF WOMEN ARTISTS’ 124TH ANNUAL MEMBERS’ EXHIBIT
NEW YORK, NY (Thursday, September 19, 2013) The National Association of Women Artists (NAWA) 124th Annual Members’ Exhibition was a wonderful display works by over 200 diverse artists. The Sylvia Wald & Po Kim Art Gallery at Astor Place was packed with both artists and arts enthusiasts eager to see the multitude of genres and media from women of all ages.
At the opening, we got a chance to chat with NAWA First Vice President Marie Hines Cowan. She was also the Exhibition Chair for the event, announcing and passing out the awards to the event’s many winners. She informed attendees that the organization was preparing for its 125th year with some intriguing offerings soon to come. The exhibit runs through to Sept. 28th, so don’t miss it!
