ABOUT THE FILM:
Inspired by his own experience as a crisis hotline operator and a survivor of attempted suicide, the film earned Williams a Student Grant from the National Board of Review in 2018. In 2019, “Lifeline” won 4 of its 5 nominations at The Artists Forum Festival of the Moving Image: Best Student Short, Best Screenplay, Best Actor, and Best Actress.
